Membership Refunds
Membership purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided no exclusive materials have been delivered or accessed. Partial refunds may apply after that window.
Event Cancellations
If an event is cancelled by the club, members receive a full refund or transfer to a future event of equal value. Member-initiated cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 70% refund.
Merchandise Returns
Unopened, undamaged merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping. Signed memorabilia and personalized items are final sale.
How to Request a Refund
Email Lambc4821@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
